Near and far infrared deliver balanced, surrounding warmth

WHY MERIDIAN LOVES
FULL-SPECTRUM WARMTH, THOUGHTFULLY COMPOSED
The Harvia Himalaya transforms advanced infrared technology into a calm, immersive daily ritual. Eight strategically positioned emitters surround the body with near- and far-infrared warmth, including integrated floor heating for the legs and feet. Clear hemlock, bronze privacy glass, illuminated Himalayan salt, chromotherapy lighting, and built-in audio complete an experience that feels considered rather than complicated.

THE HARVIA HIMALAYA DIFFERENCE
Infrared performance is not determined by wattage alone. What matters is how the warmth reaches the body.
The Himalaya uses eight strategically distributed heating elements across the side walls, rear wall, and floor. This placement surrounds the back, sides, legs, and feet with radiant warmth while allowing the cabin to operate at a gentler air temperature than a traditional sauna.
THE DIFFERENCE ISN’T SIMPLY MORE HEAT. IT’S WARMTH PLACED WHERE THE BODY CAN FEEL IT.
Surround Heating
The Himalaya combines broad carbon-panel warmth with concentrated near-infrared output. The heaters are distributed around the seated body rather than relying on a single heat source from one direction.
• Four side-wall carbon heating panels
• Three near-infrared emitters
• One integrated infrared floor heater
• 2,200 watts of total heating output
• Radiant warmth directed toward the back, sides, legs, and feet
• Fast heat-up without traditional high-temperature air
Complete Low-EMF Design
The Himalaya is marketed as a near-zero-EMF full-spectrum system, but MERIDIAN believes the individual measurements should also be clearly understood. The broader full-spectrum system measures below 3 mG at approximately two inches, while the near-infrared emitters have a separately stated range of approximately 5–7 mG at the same distance.
• Published EMF measurements
• Full-spectrum system measurement below 3 mG
• Near-infrared measurement of approximately 5–7 mG
• Direct radiant warmth at a lower operating temperature
• Near- and far-infrared technologies within one cabin
• No ultraviolet light used to produce heat
Designed for Daily Use
The Himalaya goes beyond the purely functional infrared cabin. Its materials and integrated features shape the atmosphere of each session, allowing the sauna to feel like a private wellness environment rather than a piece of exercise equipment.
