Once your assessment is received, our team reaches out directly to discuss your system selection, space requirements, electrical readiness, and any specific preferences or considerations that are relevant to your configuration. Nothing is assumed. Everything is confirmed.

STEP TWO
WE COORDINATE EVERYTHING
Once your system is confirmed and your Purchase Agreement is executed, every product is ordered, tracked, and managed on your behalf — across every manufacturer, every lead time, and every logistical detail.
ou have one point of contact throughout the entire process. You do not follow up with suppliers. You do not manage multiple timelines. You do not coordinate between brands.

Your cold plunge arrives fully assembled and is placed by 153install — positioned precisely, connected, and ready for use — so that every component in your system is handled by a professional from the moment it arrives to the moment it is operational.

Before a single component arrives, you will have everything you need to receive it with complete confidence. MERIDIAN provides clear preparation guidance covering space requirements, electrical readiness, access logistics, and everything your installation team will need on the day. There are no surprises. There is no last-minute scrambling. There is only readiness.
Once your system is installed, you will have complete documentation, usage guidance based on manufacturer recommendations, and a clear understanding of how to build each modality into your daily protocol. You will know how to use your system, how to maintain it, and how to get the most from every session — from day one.
