WHY MERIDIAN LOVES

GOLDEN HYBRID

TWO DISTINCT SAUNA EXPERIENCES, BEAUTIFULLY COMBINED

The Toledo gives clients the freedom to choose between the enveloping radiant warmth of full-spectrum infrared and the elevated temperature, heated stones, and steam of a traditional Finnish-style sauna. Its spacious Canadian hemlock cabin includes 13 infrared emitters, an 8 kW Harvia electric heater, flexible bench seating, integrated chromotherapy, and a wide dual-door entry. We love that the Toledo provides meaningful choice without requiring two separate rooms: one day may call for a gentler infrared session, while another may call for the heat and steam of a traditional sauna.

THE GOLDEN DIFFERENCE

Golden Designs develops saunas that combine approachable technology, practical residential installation, and a broad selection of integrated features. The Toledo extends that philosophy through a hybrid configuration that allows one cabin to provide two distinctly different forms of heat. Its infrared system, Harvia stone heater, flexible seating, wide entry, lighting, ventilation, and entertainment features are coordinated into one adaptable room designed for everyday use.

THE DIFFERENCE IS NOT CHOOSING BETWEEN INFRARED AND TRADITIONAL HEAT. IT IS HAVING BOTH AVAILABLE IN ONE THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED SPACE.

Two Ways to Experience Heat

FULL-SPECTRUM INFRARED OR TRADITIONAL FINNISH-STYLE HEAT

The Toledo is designed around two independently operated heating systems. Its infrared mode uses carbon panels and near-infrared elements to deliver direct radiant warmth at a lower cabin temperature. Its traditional mode uses the 8 kW Harvia heater and sauna stones to raise the room temperature and produce steam when water is applied correctly. The systems are selected according to the desired experience and cannot be operated at the same time.

  • Five FAR infrared carbon panels
  • Eight near-infrared elements
  • 13 total infrared emitters
  • 8 kW Harvia electric heater
  • Traditional sauna stones
  • Water-over-stones steam
  • Independent operating modes
  • Built-in heater controls
  • Optional Wi-Fi control upgrade

Designed for Adaptability

FLEXIBLE SEATING AND A MORE ACCESSIBLE INTERIOR

The Toledo’s floating bench arrangement includes a retractable lower bench that can be repositioned to create additional open floor area. The wide dual-door entry supports easier access, while an optional ramp can be added when needed. This flexibility allows the cabin to support conventional seated sauna use as well as stretching or other floor-based movement.

  • Retractable lower bench
  • Open floor configuration
  • Wide dual-door entry
  • Optional wheelchair ramp
  • Six-person stated capacity
  • Spacious interior footprint

Layered Infrared Coverage

THIRTEEN EMITTERS POSITIONED FOR MULTI-DIRECTIONAL WARMTH

The full-spectrum system combines broad PureTech™ FAR infrared carbon panels with more concentrated near-infrared elements. Together, the 13 emitters provide radiant coverage across multiple seating positions while allowing the infrared mode to operate independently from the Harvia stone heater.

  • Five PureTech™ FAR infrared panels
  • Eight near-infrared elements
  • Near-zero EMF carbon-panel design
  • Multi-directional infrared coverage
  • Dedicated infrared control
  • Lower-temperature radiant operation
