Every TheraLight 360 is backed by a full five-year system warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service, beginning from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to the entire system — structure, components, electronics, and panels — and reflects TheraLight's position as the first full-body photobiomodulation company to introduce a five-year warranty when the industry standard was one to three years.

It is not a limited or prorated warranty. It is comprehensive coverage from day one.

The TheraLight FIT carries the industry's first and only lifetime diode warranty — a designation TheraLight introduced in 2020 and that no other major full-body red-light manufacturer has matched. Lifetime LED replacement guarantee — covers all 28,480 diodes for the life of the unit

If a diode fails under normal operating conditions, it will be replaced at no cost — no questions, no time limits, no exceptions. The LEDs are the most expensive component in any red-light bed. Covering them for life is not a marketing promise. It is a statement of engineering confidence.

  • Note: The lifetime LED warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized alterations, accidents, or use outside of intended operation guidelines.

TheraLight launched its Extended Care Program effective August 1, 2025, offering coverage beyond the standard five-year system warranty for all TheraLight models, including the 360. Enrollees receive priority technical support status, expedited access to certified technicians, and reduced downtime protection.

A standout feature of this program is the Recertification Service, in which an authorized TheraLight technician visits the installation site to perform a complete internal and external inspection, component testing, diagnostic review, software testing, recalibration, and firmware updates. Any components requiring replacement are identified and addressed through a thorough quality control review. This service is exclusively available to Extended Care Program participants and is designed to extend system lifespan and maintain factory-level performance over the long term.
